5W-30J/1L

The5W-30J CTL series uses CTL as the main hydrocarbon group, supplemented with 15% RAO, 7% ROE, and 7% AN. This base oil combination has good physical properties, low volatility, stable oil film, and can maintain the good performance of the formula under high temperature and mechanical load.

Suitable conditions:
Targeted functional enhancement: specially designed for direct injection turbocharged engines, it can effectively suppress low-speed spark ignition (LSPI) problems, reduce detonation incidence by 45%, and fully adapt to the usage needs of high displacement performance vehicles, various types of vehicles, off-road vehicles and other hardcore equipment.

INFINEUM SV203	5	Very low loss of thickening contribution during mechanical shear. High reserve for maintaining working viscosity, HTHS, and the strength of the oil film.
High-stability premium polymers	5–15	High resistance to mechanical shear; the INFINEUM SV203 falls at the lower end of this range.
Massive polymer thickeners	25–50	More pronounced loss of the thickening contribution. Under severe operating conditions, the risk of reduced viscosity and diminished strength of the oil film increases.
Simplified formulations with high polymer dependence	Above	The higher the dependence of the formulation on the polymer component and its SSI, the greater the potential viscosity loss under prolonged mechanical loading.

 

Pattern characteristic:

• Ultra high oil film strength：Adopting a PAO+ester composite formula, combined with exclusive anti-wear technology, a strong protective film can be formed on the metal surface. Under extreme working conditions of the engine above 8000 rpm and the turbocharger at 800 ℃, the oil film will not break, and the anti-wear performance is 70% higher than that of ordinary civilian fully synthetic engine oil.
• Super high temperature oxidation resistance: The oxidation degree of the tested oil on the track is 23% lower than that of ordinary competitors, and it is not easy to deteriorate under continuous high load operation, which can meet the strict requirements of long-term full power output of racing cars.
• Low temperature fluidity is fully utilized: Some top-level sports events use oil with a pour point of up to -52 ℃, and the oil film formation speed during cold start is 30 seconds faster than that of ordinary fully synthetic engine oil. The wear amount during cold start is 67% less than that of semi synthetic engine oil, meeting the needs of cold start protection.
• Strong viscosity stability: The viscosity index can reach 175 or above, and it can maintain stable lubricating viscosity even under large temperature fluctuations from extreme cold to extreme high temperature, without problems such as oil film breakage or sudden increase in lubrication resistance.
• Strong cleaning and dispersing ability: The special cleaning and dispersing agent formula can increase the decomposition rate of carbon particles by 40%, and long-term use can also avoid the formation of oil sludge and deposits inside the engine, keeping the internal working conditions of the engine as new.
• Event level durability performance: Some event level products can achieve ultra long oil change cycles, with high TBN values that can neutralize 92% of acidic substances. Even under continuous extreme working conditions, the performance degradation rate is only 5%, far lower than ordinary civilian engine oils.
